help! i upgraded my 4060 to 4090. it doesn't show any display in my monitor, but the gpu rgb lights on. Tried DDU the drivers, reset cmos, use hdmi cable, use another display port cable. already messed with the monitor 'source' to make sure its attempting to use the correct cable (HDMI/DP. I put back my old gpu 4060 and tried putting 1660ti and its working. I know that it doesn't work when my keyboard rgb doesn't boot up. Is it possible that the gpu is dead? I'm hearing some weird noise inside the pc, sounds like something attempting to work lol.
Brand New GPU. bought in bestbuy.
