how to update this motherboard bios

i found the motherboard manufacture website and got it on to a flash drive, however, im having trouble finding the bios update setting.
PS, please tell me if i have to do something in the flash drive, i have extracted the file and this is my first time updating the bios

Go to be the BIOS

Since you already the USB key with the file

Just click on flash something

(Which flash the BIOS)

And wait for it to be flashed

BIOS update done
