Hello all, back in mid July of last year, i built my pc. All was good until the past couple of days when all of a sudden it turned off and i smelt smoke. Now, i have had a similar problem before with a different pc and it turned out to be my power supply that had died. Something similar has now happened with my main rig, however when i used a backup power supply form a different computer, it worked and my pc booted. This was done without my graphics card, so i plugged it in, pressed the on button, and the gpu cable started to burn (keep in mind this is the same gpu that i use in my main rig). It is now seeming like my gpu is killing these power supplies. I can elaborate further on the matter as right now i’m a little short for time.
Any help is greatly appreciated ❤️
