this is a cape of the famous EKIPY RAPY that I belong to, many Poles want us to add this cape so we are doing it.
Description of the suggestion :
As I said before, this is a well-known EKIPA and a lot of people wanted this cape to come back, so we want to add it back, we think this cape was one of the best capes we've made, thank you in advance, EKIPA RAPY
