ToolTipFix mod

This is a mod that will improve quality of life and the experience playing on badlion.What this mod does is it makes it so item description that would go out of screen it will make them fit.This is something that doesnt have to do with scrollable tooltips.This is an issue 1.8 issue on badion (newer version work fine) which the only solution for it is to make the ui smaller which does not always work and it makes the experience not that great in general.
