Fix dungeon secrets

Please make it track which secrets are collected so it doesnt show all of them when some of them were already collected and please add more entrances for secrets that seem confusing since the waypoint shows its through a wall or underground/above the ground

2. just use the routes feature then, also you should really know those things

yeah, because you are supposed to follow the route, not the other way around

It's still bugged tho why can't it track the secrets?
