Name Of Suggestion: Better Hotkeys Mod
Detailed Description Of Suggestion: Minecraft handles hotkeys differently from many other games, not letting you bind keys to specific items but rather to specific hotbar slots. This forces player to, whenever they get new items they're used to having in specific slots, open their inventories to reorganize their hotbar which often requires multiple steps and can be rather messy. With an option to bind a key to a specific item in your hotbar (as having it bring up an item from your inventory would be an unfair advantage) players could bypass this limitation and know that, as long as the item is in their hotbar, they can simply press the key their muscle memory leads them to and be ok.
Practical use cases of this idea include for example pearl clutching. If i bind my pearl to "x" even though x would normally bring me to my 4th inventory slot, it would bring me to my 9th inventory slot in the case of my pearl being in the 9th slot.

this is a link showcasing the problem this would solve. As it can be seen starting from 0:06, I've had to swap my items around my hotbar so they'd be on my preferred hotkeys which i have developed muscle memory for during thousands of hours of gameplay. This process, which in the clip took about a second, can get quite intricate and messy when several new items are bought at once and could be avoided if i could just bring up my fireball charge or blocks with F and 4 as i normally would, without having to move them to a specific slot first.
