Resource pack not loading

When downloading a resource pack from the blc resource pack finder, it doesnt show up in my resource pack folder (even after restarting) and sometimes it doesnt fully download , check picture

this is not a suggestion this is a bug. please go to the bottom of the blc launcher and submit s bug report
