Well it depends on your build. But people run poorjoy’s asylum in groups since it’s fairly safe and has a huge exp multiplier.
Look on the board, but people also run untainted paradise and timeless conflict

If it doesn't happen, the item has a high chance to be able to be reused... about 66% of the time or so

I mean, my build is probably worth just shy of 200-300 div at this point.
That one map in delve accounts for like 50 divs, and its likely only going to to up in price.

people make twink clear characters to run heist early for the bases, to do beast memories and sit on them to grow in price, or race characters to clear all the ubers and rack in early divs and sit on the divs to increase in value
many people finally discovered currency conversion bulking because faust lets you see the ratios proper
a lot of the people who "make a lot of money" usually dont actually play the game
the game is balanced around 5-6div/hr not counting jackpots
even dedicated uber farmers even out to much less than their jackpots are worth
ask a nimis farmer how many runs it actually takes to get a nimis
the guys who can run sanctum, dont make money out the ass until they can run to get Original Sin
they still make 10-15div/hr at best

and until you get enough currency to make your character instaphase the bosses (which still takes a bit of money as ive tried that myself), you will not get a lot per hour from this

you still need to farm this way a week or more to get your mirror
alternatively, you spam harbingers for a week or two, and you get to the same spot
not to mention shit like trading and pausing to gear up and stuff slows you as well
