Once you've opened up your SillyTavern instance click on the plug icon. It's the first to the right. Then under Chat Completion Source you select Custom (OpenAI-compatible) and enter the base url under Custom endpoint. https://api.freetheai.xyz/v1 you enter the key you've generated using /signup in the Custom API key field, select the model you wish to use and you are done.
