I think a top down MMORPG could actually work in the current gaming market with clever gaming mechanics in it. I was thinking old school GTA or something, but with more to do.

Well, it probably didn't help matters that I was ticked off with the weird 'simulator' character movement. Didn't stay on the path much, and kept trying to explore everywhere and everything.
I vaguely recall there being an issue with the horse, where it was yoinking into a wall rapidly. Couldn't get on it after that, so I just started walking around instead.
It was after that when my hp started dropping out of nowhere.
Hadn't been in combat, and nothing was attacking me.

So I tried Miasma Caves, and then did a little more reading into it on its Steam page and found out it just left Early Access, I suppose, and it unfortunately shows...
It's still got some awkward rough edges that could use polishing, but thankfully so far no crashing or weird issues of controls getting stuck or anything like that.
Buuut they just kinda toss you into it all, some of the load transitions are really crude (player character falling into set position rather than already having been there), and a fair number of typos
