I wanna know which crackhead designed some of the exotic weapons in the game, I just got the Deathbringer rocket launcher and it's bizarre af 😆

My problem is that Deathbringer looks like it's made from Shrieker parts (the thing in the pic) and shoots the homing projectiles that dead Shriekers launch but not once do you have to kill a Shrieker to build it
