Also, don't give in to the masses and instantly use the Light boost they'll give you. The boost will put you at higher Light so you can do new content but it'll also hop you past the main story and both expansion stories.

I think ESO has interesting combat for an MMO because of needing situational awareness and in tougher dungeons, you can't just stand still and dps / healing.. you'll die. you have to dodge and do a lot of mechanics. It's pretty different than say, World of Warcraft combat.

basically you can have the best gear, a beast build, and die in a single shot because you weren't paying attention/ getting the mechanics of the fight down.

oh, yeah thats another thing they ruined. You always spawn on the same planet. In alpha the game might give you an easy spawn or a hard one, it was up to you to escape

The cel shading never bothered me (I grew up playing Jet Set Radio Future and Cel Damage), it's the monotonous-ass gameplay and ๐ด story. I went into it expecting Jack to be some fantastic bad guy cuz I'd heard so much about him but honestly I didn't see anything special about him
