The enemy can go in it, no bullets can go through the wall.

Including yours.

The shield is really a last line of defence, I use mine to shield a downed player whilst focusing on taking out the enemy to then go back and revive.

I also use it when I'm inside buildings and someone has spotted me and starts firing upon the entrance of the door, I throw it up to give me a chance to run out the back door to a new position to fire on the enemy.
