Once you get over the culture shock of having pretty much no NPCs (apart from enemies and regular drones) and that you actually have other players going about there now.. well youre gonna like it or leave it. Honestly the experience is a bit NMS like in spirit; roaming around, discovering, collecting, building your camp. It's not as empty as NMS tho if you know what l mean.

But it's not the kind of dealbreaker either. In a way l like being an average Joe of the wastes, doing things and quests as l come across them. Instead of having this typically heavily loaded setting where youre basically a huge hero.

Yeah but they're usually fun technical messes. There's always a couple bad bugs in their games but they usually patch them to the point where the games are enjoyable and spawn some memes. Now the games themselves aren't enjoyable to quite a few people, plus the absolute insanity that's been F76's release is ridiculous

i've genuinely never been able to play almost any of their games for extended periods without them just up and crashing every few hours so i can hardly even enjoy them. and the one of their games i could do that with, i just really don't like the color palette and setting, which is Skyrim of all things
