Also, the game doesn't tell you that you get to keep the horse you steal in the first multiplayer mission so it's basically first come first serve on who gets the best horses from that area

Found what that weird mission problem was. The map glitch was unrelated, that fixed after a restart. The mission is to find a ship, and yes that ship runs around different sectors...
