A lot of games have serious problems with this, like GTA 5, where if you die in the process of murdering four people and trying to destroy a cargo truck being moved by a team, you just respawn seconds later with a fresh chance to be a dick without any penalty whatsoever for either your failure or your griefing behavior

With single action you have to cock the hammer every time you shoot, with double action you can cock the hammer and get a lighter trigger pull or don't and just go straight for the trigger, but with a heavier pull

Depends on your console, I'm on an OG Xbone so it takes me 20-ish seconds to load a save

I haven't noticed any loading in-game besides the loading screens I get from dying, lol. It's mostly cutscenes instead of loading screens
