Why are tvs able to upscale video source resolution to 2k or 4k from a hd source ....but there are no softwares that do it on pc?

Fallout games are a little more, well, game-y. That, and they're pretty open ended in that they want you to make your own story

David Cage, Telltale, and a ton of other companies, they have this story and they aim to deliver it to you with their own hands

Aight, aside from the usual Bethesda games, I've got uhh Orwell, Need To Know, Wasteland 2, and I guess the Witchers can be in that list where "choices matter" too

my point is that David Cage movies are shitty games at best because they removed all the game and only made the choice into one, or three at most button presses
