mods are a start, no drop parties to encourage trade, maybe enable pvp outside of spawn, turn off keep inv but maybe keep /back and /home. The only issue is that the economy is kinda already hecked up but otherwise everything else could probably be applied to the current world. There aren't very many survival servers that last long and the ones that do are either modded (even if just lightly) and enourage pvp and trade, 3 things we kinda actively discourage.

the only vanilla survival server i've seen survive (which we arent anyway) is 2b2t so that should be a perspective

PvP would be nice, and maybe we can set up arenas for it, but full-world PvP seemed to invite random acts of fuckery by certain users
