Someone at reddit sayed with 1.32 update when you give 100 nanites to 4th race npc they give you the location to a glyph.

And the Korvax was willing to basically forcefully convert a whole race to Atlas
The Vykeen are rough and mean but they have a sense of honor that makes them less likely to betray you.
In fact they quite literally believe you (the traveler) are "holy" and must not be stopped from your journey

you dont actually unlock the portal glyphs for personal use during the story, you still have to find them manually afterwards to freely use portals, i just did
luckily there is the exploit if you find one, extract the glyph, immediatley fly to the space station terminal and buy something then fly back to the glyph and you can extract again.
might place a beacon so you can find your way back, also dont interact with anything other than the space station terminal if possible

As far as I know from finishing the game, the Atlas was a fucking sweet boy that wiped out an entire galaxy because I couldn't save it

Atlas is a Lotus Eating Machine, except that it's not a fantasy just an inescapable afterlife with minimal agency

My going theory is now that this afterlife is for extinct species, which somewhat fits into line with the Gek being the First Spawn (first sentient race to reach space flight), their robot slaves who somehow achieved independence happily (even tho every tale conceived results in a violent uprising), and the Vy'Keen who are very violent but have little lore connections listed unlike the Gek and Corvax
Long story short I remain upset about lore, but since being upset at this level is wrong to direct at Hello Games it seems easier to direct at a videogame character

Finishing the atlas path is basically going to the center, just with a choice effecting which galaxy

well nada said that we should try to finish the path before we finish the purge mission, cuz u might be able to remind the atlas of the joy of life. so some people are curious if there is an alternate ending. I would have tried this if the game wasnt bugged and deleted the atlas path quest at that point.

my biggest concern is that if you choose a galaxy, and your friend chooses another
you won't be able to teleport to them when multiplayer is more fleshed out

Then wait for them to come after you
You don't have to kill the freighter
Stock up on shield repair materials.
So you can just sit. Shoot. Shield repair. Repeat and run
