PS5 being pushed too far? [Discussion]
I knew i wasnt going crazy. None of the many games i play on PS5 exhibit this issue. The console is barely 2 months old. This game is NOT hitting a consistent 60 fps on PS5
And its not suprising tbh. Native 4k targeting 60fps? Yea ok
Here is a framerate analasys. (I hope Digital Foundry gets on this because there are not enough framerate tests for the PS5 version)

If you dont want to watch let me sum it up for you. Almost a dozen drops into the low 50's (extremely noticable for me)
At some point it even drops into the low 40's !!
This framerate analasys is AFTER the Next gen version of No Mans Sky released.
This framerate analasys is BEFORE the Prisms update which graphically boosted the game even further. All those graphical enhancements come at a cost.
People are still complaining about the unstable performance, including me.
The game runs perfectly in a space station but yea, thats it. Once u get outside its a different story.
Why cant the devs lower the graphics? Or atleast give us an another graphical option that is actually capable of hitting the 60 fps target?
Native 4k? Why? Why not upscaled?
You added additional graphical features with the Prism update while the version before that was barely capable of hitting 60? Why?
Im very sensitive to low framerates and the fact the PS5 doesnt support VRR is even worse.
Hello games, your games dont need to be photo realistic. Have it run properly please.
Like i said earlier, NONE of the other games i play have this issue.
Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart. Perfect
Miles morales: Perfect
Plus a dozen other titles that run perfectly, why cant this game?
I get that procedurally generated planets cause the already asthmatic engine to chug, but come on. This is hardly...
