Maybe the next update could be quality of life stuff and addressing the general bugyness of the game?? Please? [Question]
Last time i played NMS was after the base update. Even though the game can have its moments, the bugs and menu simulator aspects never leave me wanting to come back.
I mean seriously. Why even let you put your cargo containers in the Corvette at all if i have to shuffle through 3 inventories to use any of it.
Example. I put all my raw resourses in the first chest thinking, logically, I'm standing IN the ship surely i can use those resources for crafting without having to directly transfer those resources into my inventory... Right? Nope. Even if you have the matter transporter, you can't do it. Even sending stuff too the containers is stupid. I sent some left over metal plates to my storage containers thinking, since i already have some plates in one of my storages, surely they would just stack right? Nope. Just yeets the things to the first bin.
Why in hell does simply trying to keep organized at all mean i gotta spend half my play time just making sure my inventory doesn't devolve into a nightmare.
On top of that, why do you have to be holding the ship parts to build with them?? There's a storage bin RIGHT THERE that can hold everything. Hell, you can trade parts from it, why can't i just build from it?
Look, i know this stuff is new, I'm not gonna say it should be perfect, and maybe they've ironed out some bugs with other stuff. But it's like they don't even play their own game. Who makes an inventory system like this and I'm thinks, 'this is fantastic, everyone will love this!'?
Last time i played, freighters were pretty new and buggy. I haven't got one yet in my new playthrough, are most.. some.. any of the issues with those fixed? Many of the same issues as above. It's literal purpose is to move my shit around without driving me insane, is it better? Please tell me it's better....
