Love the update, but corvettes are a buggy mess [Bug]
Don't get me wrong. Building and flying these things is the most fun I've had in NMS, full stop.
However.... Any parts that get flipped become new parts and won't stack. They even have a new flipped part icon, so this is apparently expected behavior of some sort?
1a. Any parts that you add to your ship and then remove later won't stack.
1b. Most parts that claim to be rotatable in the tool-tip do not, in fact, rotate.
My corvettes capabilities keep changing because the technology slots keep rearranging themselves and adding extras. My ship currently thinks it has 2 cockpits, and tech I've put together for bonuses don't stay there.
Tech from my corvette is now showing up in the tech slots of my exotic.
3a. After rebooting the game, the corvette parts go away but my exotic now has a nice new photon cannon that I had expressly removed ages ago so I wouldn't have to keep switching to the intra-knife every time I launch.
Built in tech in corvettes can't be moved. Parts are too close to optimize with upgrades? Too bad.
Landed npc pilots in space stations hover a meter above the ground.
If I teleport to a base that doesn't have a landing pad, my ship isn't landed, but hovering a few feet off the ground and bobbing around in the wind. If I do this with the corvette selected, it ends up hovering just above (and slightly inside) my base. Ramps are down, but it isn't landed. (I can jump inside the runaway corvette and pilot it away, which is hilarious fun even if buggy as hell.)
Is anyone else dealing with the same things? Or is my install just borked?
