For a ship that size you will have to rescue it after the scripted event..
Prerequisite being
you must have had the game active for 3 hours
On the 5th jump "rescue the freighter" spawns the largest ship of a given class with random stats depending on the given multipliers in said system....
So, you will want to manual save BEFORE every jump, then on the 5th it will spawn a freighter (you want a wealthy system that spawns the freighter your looking for) just rescue land then check its stats, reload your manual save and jump back to that system until you get the stats you want

Yeah light fissures are easy. You can see them a mile away without the scanner these really blend in I've found two so far and I only going them with the scanner and not till I was on top of them
