Well I got the co-ords from a lad in the US as I was playing on the xbox and someone joined my game and as I was taking off he landed, and he was in a Squid. And at that time I'd never seen one, so I was like WTF is that... so I turned around and landed in front of him and sent him a message and an invite to a party and asked him where he got it... he gave me the portal co-ords and at the time I didn't have the Glyphs... about an hour or so later I was 1600 nanites lighter and the proud owner of a yellow squid π

I would like propose a screenshot contest for unmodded shots of various types of in-game categories
(visual enhancement mods are ok as long as it doesn't affect any generation)

We should have a contest for best creature, best landscape, best grounded natural structure, best base, best space-scape, and best ship screenshots to name a few categories
for creatures we should further specify contests for ground, air, and underwater/amphibious creatures
the winners of each contest could have their winning shots featured on a community website of sorts

Hey guys, i am looking for peoples who have good computers because Project Aurora is now getting better and better in subtle details and I want some of you guys to be able to experience it and share with me and the other modders that made this mod possible. I go to wealthy systems, go to their galactic trade, buy and sell tech modules which then makes the trade percentage drop to around -78% or so which then also decreases the price of tech modules, then every ship that comes to that station will have tech modules at that systems trade percentage. (-78%) so I fill my inv with tech mods fly to my freighter since NPCs don't abide by the system trade percentages because they're from different systems so then I sell the tech mods to NPC's with the highest trade percentage. It's kinda a supply and demand thing buy low sell high

Project Aurora aims to enhance the immersion by modifying the generator properties such as minimum abd maximum size of objects and their density. Also some gameplay changes have been made to flight and vehicle steering.

Project Aurora aims to enhances the planetary experience by modifying a lot of objects properties, such as : vehicles do no longer
destroys ground objects (most of them), grass density is now bigger, plants and rocks (flora) will be able to have more size variations (again, more realistic). Vehicles are going to be tweaked to make them behave more like vehicles and not like "ultra powerful vehicles". Ships will have higher flight speed and harder controls (roll and braking especially).
This mod will feature :
- New weather system
- Better biomes (a lot more variety)
And more to come! Let's hope for the best!
The pros with mod : richer environment details, no multiplayer differenceces for players (player 1 without mod sees frozen planet,, player 2 with mod sees same as player 1 but will get richer environment details
Oh and quick note : I am the founder and creator of the project and mod

π well i find that free freighters are random is actually killing the fun.
We use to grind our asses off to get an S class 34 slots before NEXT. It was much more expensive than now
At least what they can do is to fix free freighter at 15 slota C class

I've been running some tweaks on the water myself with a similar result. Darkened the water colors, increased the reflection amount, fixed the sun reflection angle and improved it's appearance, lighting affects the foam color. But of course it doesn't work in Vulkan :/
