@amber shoal Find a lush planet with no bad weather conditions and farm circuit boards, half the plants you need are Star Brambles so they can grow outside, then stick the rest in bio-domes.

get it, the way it works is you need to have one class lower when hunting them normally to spawn at least thats how I rem it

either way you can revert a save and just reload until you get the one you want
