only one planet renders at a time, but you can walk from one planet, jet pack to another but retain the gravity of the first, so you're kinda hanging off the planet

from about 80 datapoints its around 55% chance for mid level fauna planets
though it can be low level fauna planets instead if you are in an abandoned galaxy type
as it changes the chance for the fauna levels
