short term form: when you island and manually unsync the turbines, it goes to 4600 RPM in like seconds, giving no reaction time

This is not a bug.

Well the turbine should have tripped on overspeed, but the wicket couldn't have closed anyways as nitrogen system was unarmed, wickets were set to electrical and the wickets lost power.
