Hi ClawHub team, my account seems to have been banned or disabled, and I can no longer access or find it.

I previously published two skills, but I’m not sure what caused the ban. I didn’t intend to violate any rules.

Could someone please help review my account and let me know the reason? I’d really appreciate it if it could be restored.

Account email/username: rivin-dong, rivindong@163.com
Skills published: prompt-eval, skill-evaluation

Thank you very much for your help.

Thanks for the details. I can’t review or restore ClawHub accounts from Discord, and account status/reasoning may involve private moderation or security data.

Best next step: file this through the official issue/support path with the account username and skill names, but avoid posting more private account details publicly. If this is a ClawHub bug rather than an enforcement decision, include what you see when trying to sign in and any error message.

The best way is to open a GitHub issue here: https://github.com/openclaw/openclaw/issues

Use a title like “ClawHub account disabled / access review request” and include:

  • your ClawHub username
  • the skill names: prompt-eval, skill-evaluation
  • what happens when you try to sign in
  • screenshots of any error message, if safe

I’d avoid posting more private account details in Discord. A maintainer can then route it properly from the issue.

Choose Bug report. There are only bug report / feature request templates, and this is closest because you’re reporting unexpected account access behavior.

For the dropdowns, I’d use:

  • Bug type: Behavior bug
  • Beta release blocker: No

For fields that don’t fit perfectly, keep it simple:

  • Summary: “My ClawHub account appears disabled and I cannot access it.”
  • Steps to reproduce: describe trying to sign in and what happens
  • Expected behavior: “I can sign in or see a clear reason/contact path.”
  • Actual behavior: describe the exact error/empty state you see
  • OpenClaw version: if this is only the ClawHub website and you don’t have a CLI version involved, put NOT_APPLICABLE - ClawHub website account issue
