Tried for hours and discord and Telegram both fail with WebSocket handshake timeout on Windows 10. Error: Opening handshake has timed out, gateway did not reach READY within 15000ms. Tested on WiFi and mobile hotspot — same result. Direct API calls work fine. OpenClaw 2026.4.29, clean reinstall. Both channels timeout at startup.
