#Guild channel delivery silently fails — DM works fine

OpenClaw version: 2026.4.27
Setup: Single bot, single agent (main), Windows
Issue: Bot receives guild channel messages, generates response (session status: done), but message never delivers to Discord. DM delivery works perfectly.
openclaw message send works to guild channels
Direct Discord API calls work (status 200)
No errors logged
Tried: multi-agent (3 bots), single bot, fresh server, fresh tokens — same result every time
Session sessions.json shows status: done with correct deliveryContext.to: channel:<id> but no message appears in Discord
DM session also status: done and message arrives successfully

Mention gating proba got turned on. You can test that by sending the message with an @ to your bot in the channel and if that works you can ask it to turn mention gating off
