Can you help me find out why when I am switching to GPT 5.5 model it says I have billing issues when I have the API Key Credits more than enough for it to use. (2) Why is it that gateway keeps timing out error 1000 when we are switching to GPT 5.5 as our main model.

We are trying to migrate from Anthropic to OpenAI as our main model.
