this is super interesting — especially the part about it catching things your staff misses

quick question: when something goes wrong or behaves unexpectedly, how are you figuring out what actually happened?

i kept running into that with my setup and it got pretty frustrating

I haven’t had the agent do anything wrong while executing yet because i have a pretty tight approval process for letting it actually go do anything in the file.

Also my company does accounting integrations through QBO API so i have a specific skill for how it deals with the QBO API.

I have independent skills for each close and each client group. The better the markdown file for the client the better the output. I explain what each business actually does and all of the ins and outs when I connect a file. Also I tell it to scan historical periods in the file and produce questions based on what it understands about the file.

This context structure paired with the wiki makes it so that when I guide it I don’t guide its overall memory, just the portion that’s specific to the client.

I also have learned that you can’t attach more than a month at a time.

Mine does my own company's bookkeeping as a double check of my accountant's work. What model are you using?
