I am having an issue where openclaw seems to be working via my discord however when i am chatting to my main/main session i type a message and it shows me having input it but then the message disappears and then acts as if no message was sent. I have tried a new session but still the same issue

That sounds like the Control UI/WebChat path is rejecting or losing the submit after the optimistic message appears — separate from Discord working.

First thing: what version?

openclaw --version

Then reproduce the disappearing message once and run/paste:

openclaw status --all
openclaw gateway status
openclaw doctor
openclaw logs --follow
