Similar experience to yours so far, after a few weeks of use, including "judgement" being the hardest part. Real productivity gain: I use it for language learning and it's in the process of evolving into a personal tutor, quite attuned to my "personal" way of learning. Works nicely, but it takes a lot of tuning and it occasionally "forgets" previously established routines. Nonetheless, I find it very useful for this purpose.
