This looks like an incomplete staged runtime-deps install, not bad memory data. QMD can’t load because chokidar is missing under ~/.openclaw/plugin-runtime-deps/..., so OpenClaw falls back to builtin memory.

First, please confirm:

openclaw --version

Then try:

openclaw doctor --fix
openclaw gateway restart

If it still repeats, force that staged deps folder to rebuild:
