Hi! I’m trying to figure out the simplest/easiest setup for OpenClaw to avoid heavy API consumption.
A few questions:
1. What’s the simplest method to use OpenClaw while minimizing API usage? Is there a local mode, a cheaper provider, or a recommended config for this?
2. Is there a way to run OpenClaw on a VPS without getting banned? I’m worried about IP bans or rate limiting. Are there best practices (proxies, rate limits, headless config, etc.) to stay under the radar?
My setup:
• Hosting: VPS (provider: …)
• Providers connected: …
