#No memory flush on daily reset

I've spun up a bunch of instances and notice a real difference between the ones folks are using a lot, with configured heartbeats and activity, vs ones that get minimal use (new users, etc). One delta I've noticed - the pre-compaction memory flush is often quite thorough, but at the 4 AM daily reset, there's no similar memory flush. This was raised in https://github.com/openclaw/openclaw/issues/8185, which Peter closed... I think it might need another look. Am I crazy?
