My agent very often gets stuck in loops where it says the same thing again and again no matter what I say. I see this behavior far more on telegram than browser chat.
For example, it keeps saying this.
Summary: Now I will read MEMORY.md to show you its contents.
Continuously. As a reply to every single message of mine.
I HAVE TO do a /new whenever this happens and everything gets lost.
