On OpenClaw 2026.3.24 — setting plugins.allow: ["lossless-claw"] in openclaw.json caused Telegram and Discord channels to silently fail on gateway startup. No errors in logs. Removing plugins.allow entirely restored channel startup.
Question: is plugins.allow intended to restrict only non-bundled/extension plugins, or does it also gate built-in channel plugins like Telegram and Discord? Asking before we add it back — we want lossless-claw pinned without breaking channels.
