install failed during early onboarding after selecting a model provider with a missing module Feishu. i had codex 5.4 fix that and tried onboard and it failed again with a new error missing module of coures it broke with Error: Cannot find module 'nostr-tools'

/home/jared/.nvm/versions/node/v25.8.1/lib/node_modules/openclaw/dist/extensions/nostr/setup-surface-d0cfZ0y8.js

i'm on a fresh install of openclaw. have tried a few times with reset when i was getting the Feishu error before i had codex "fix" it. every time i have tried to set this up on linux it's been a crap shoot (tried months ago on arch with other different problems that resulted in a non-start and moving on).
