Hi, I need help I trying to set this up with GitHub codes page termal for cloud. When I type something into telegram bot I get ⚠️ Agent couldn't generate a response. Please try again.

I have added my telegram token also added telegram id to openclaw also added my Openrouter API key and still can't get this to start.

If Telegram is sending back “⚠️ Agent couldn't generate a response”, that usually means the Telegram bot is connected and the failure is happening inside the agent/model run, not at the Telegram token step.

First thing I need is your version plus a few diagnostics. Please paste the output of these:

pnpm openclaw --version
pnpm openclaw status --all
pnpm openclaw models status --probe
pnpm openclaw channels status --probe

Then, in a second terminal, run:

pnpm openclaw logs --follow
