Is there still a new way around after the recent claude update for a way around so my open claw can use claude max usage which means he's almost unlimited like before the claude april which took place on 4th of April?

Short version: no, there is no supported “back to almost unlimited” bypass on the OpenClaw side.

What still exists:

Supported in OpenClaw: reuse Claude CLI / Claude subscription auth for Anthropic
Unofficial/community option: claude-max-api-proxy, if you specifically want an OpenAI-compatible local proxy

But both still depend on Anthropic’s current limits/policy, so OpenClaw cannot restore the old pre-April behavior by itself.
