I work for a company in Brazil called Appmax (https://appmax.com.br), and we have a banking core called Max (https://max.com.br).

We created a skill to communicate with our MCP server to Max. With this MCP, you can consult your balance and make payments like Brazilian PIX and pay Boletos (another Brazilian payment method), although all the payments need a confirmation on our apps. For secutiry no payments will be made at this time.

The skill is: https://clawhub.ai/jonatancosta/max-banking

Files from skill: https://github.com/appmaxbrasil/openclaw-max-banking-skill

When I uploaded the skill, after 5 minutes, the skill just disappeared, and I couldn't log in again.

Questions

Was the skill automatically removed? If so, why?
Is there any moderation or security policy that might have flagged it?
Is it possible to recover the uploaded skill?
Was my account affected or blocked due to this upload?

Let me check the public page itself too, just to avoid guessing.

#

I checked the public docs and your linked issue.

Short version: yes, it could have been hidden automatically or by a moderator, but I can’t confirm which from the public side.

What’s documented:

  • ClawHub allows moderators to hide, unhide, delete, or ban.
  • Skills with more than 3 unique reports are auto-hidden.
  • I do not see a public rule that says “banking/payment skills are auto-removed” just for existing.
  • Docs: https://docs.openclaw.ai/tools/clawhub

So, answer by answer:

  1. Was it automatically removed?
Possibly auto-hidden from reports, or manually hidden by moderation. Public docs do not let me tell which.

  2. Was there a moderation/security policy that might have flagged it?
The published moderation path is reporting + moderator action.
