aagreed. but both actually, prompt structure did most of the heavy lifting... i know that might aound a little surprisng . tightened the bootstrap so its not reloading everything on every turn, and moved the daily briefing to a single compact card instead of full file reads

the model swap helped too but honestly the structure change is where the real gains came from
