ACP_SESSION_INIT_FAILED on 2026.3.24 (upgraded from 2026.3.22)
macOS, Mac Mini, npm global install. Every openclaw acp command returns:
ACP metadata is missing for agent:jefferson:acp:<uuid>
Config has:
acp.enabled: true, acp.backend: "acpx", acp.defaultAgent: "claude"
plugins.allow: ["acpx"]
Jefferson agent has runtime.type: "acp" with agent: "claude", backend: "acpx", mode: "persistent"
Primary model: anthropic/claude-sonnet-4-6
Tried: --reset-session, deleting sessions.json, openclaw doctor --fix, updating from 2026.3.22 to 2026.3.24. Same error on every attempt. What's the correct ACP setup for a non-Codex fleet agent?
