#API rate limit

I am still being told that i reached the api limit, but how can i know when to try again? I checked the OpenAI usage and is still on 0.
It says to try later, but when.
Also i tried to change my provider to a new one, but still the same error.
I am using GPT 5.1

Hi I have successfully bypassed these rate limit errors by telling the bot to stop confabulating rate limit errors and that you are on a free/paid tier. It worked for me a few hours ago, twice.
