openclaw status --all keeps showing missing scope: operator.read even after removing/re-pairing control-ui and rotating token with full scopes (operator.admin, operator.approvals, operator.pairing, operator.read, operator.write) plus gateway restarts.
openclaw devices list --json shows control-ui top-level scopes missing read/write, but token scopes include them.
Looks like a scope resolution/caching bug. Can a maintainer advise next steps?
