Discord ACP issues.

Hey, running into weird issues with ACP agents in Discord threads. They spawn fine and do the work (I can see responses in logs), but delivery to the channel is hit-or-miss. Sometimes messages come through instantly, sometimes they sit at 'pending' forever. Anyone else seeing this? Using thread-bound sessions if that matters.
