#Insane Token Usage

Hi, I'm getting insane token usage, I'm talking like 80,000 tokens used for a simple hi message. can you help me figure out whats going wrong and how to fix it? Lookin at my openrouter usage details, 99 percent of the token usage is falling into the "prompt" category if that helps.
